1. 2023–now

   Free Grape Society Co‑founder & CPTO

   Leading product, technology and engineering. Built the product & engineering function from one person to a team of eight, and was the company’s most senior developer for much of that.

2. 2021–23

   CDON Head of Product, Consumer

   Led six cross‑functional teams across the consumer business. Reworked the product detail experience, increasing conversion by around ten percent ahead of Black Friday.

3. 2019–21

   Aller Media Web Developer

   Built and optimised digital products at one of the Nordics’ largest publishers.

4. 2017–19

   Apsis Web Developer & Designer

   Started where design met code, and learned to measure what I built: A/B testing, analytics, iteration.

Great products happen when product, design and engineering become one conversation instead of three.

Everything I build has to answer three questions, and I ask them in order:

1. What people problem are we solving?
2. How do we know it’s a real problem?
3. How will we know we’ve solved it?

I instrument what I build and use experiments where they help. Metrics are there to answer those questions — not to replace judgement.
